Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you browse, order from or otherwise use the Aoaak store.

Last updated: September 8, 2026. These Terms of Service govern access to www.aoaak.com and purchases made through the Aoaak store. Aoaak is operated by Jiangsu HuHang Network Technology Co., Ltd., the contracting seller under these Terms. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. Store use and accounts

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity conducted through your account. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the store for fraud or unauthorized resale.

2. Product information and use

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, package contents and care notes. Color and scale may appear different depending on photography and display settings. Minor packaging or product details may change without affecting essential function. Review all product instructions and use plant-care tools in a manner suitable for the plant, pot, surface and setting.

3. Prices and availability

Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout before payment is the transaction price, subject to correction of obvious errors. Promotions may include product, time, destination or order-value limits and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, address and order details before fulfillment. We may limit quantities or cancel orders involving unavailable items, obvious pricing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or promotion misuse. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Payment

You authorize the payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment services are provided by Shopify and other third parties and may be subject to their own terms.

6. Shipping, risk and delivery

Processing, estimates, tracking, customs and delivery responsibilities are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk is allocated according to applicable law and the delivery terms presented for the order.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, authorization, return shipping, inspection and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That Policy forms part of these Terms and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Customer content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Aoaak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to privacy law. We may moderate or remove unlawful or inappropriate content.

9. Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, logos, photography and other content are owned by or licensed to Aoaak and are protected by applicable law. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit its content without permission.

10. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment providers, carriers or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services. Links to third-party sites do not constitute a guarantee of their content or practices.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By using the store, you acknowledge that information is processed as described there and by relevant service providers.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. General plant-care information is educational and may not suit every plant, environment or circumstance. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aoaak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Where liability can lawfully be limited, aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited.

14. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Aoaak against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the store, material violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our unlawful conduct.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labor action, government restriction, conflict, public-health event, utility failure or network outage.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.

17. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Jiangsu HuHang Network Technology Co., Ltd. in the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact support@aoaak.com with the order number and requested resolution so the issue can be reviewed.
